Our story began with a vision to redefine the industry standard. Founded by a team with years of experience installing doors and windows for various suppliers, we intimately understood the frustrations that plagued the market: a customer experience that was not worthy of the customers who purchased their doors and windows, unreliable delivery times and worst of all compromised quality.

This meant only one thing, use these frustrations as the core values that define our day to day operations:
1. An Experience worth mentioning. During every single interaction that you have with us we strive to create an experience that stands out in your memory. From the moment you engage with us to the final installation, we aim to make every interaction noteworthy. Our dedication to exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to understanding your needs ensures an experience that exceeds expectations.
2. Timelines that mean something. To be fair to our competitors, this was and still is and Australian Industry Construction issue. Customers are lied to to get the sale, deposits are taken, commitments broken because of ‘unforeseen delays’ and customers are left disappointed. This is another side of off shoring the production of Doors and Windows – even if the they are made in record time, shipping timelines and customs clearance timelines are unreliable. This only emboldened our decision to make our products to order in Sydney because we retain control of our supply chain.
3. Uncompromising Quality. Many suppliers in the Australian market would cut corners that would ultimately result in a product we were quite frankly embarrassed to be associated with. We sought out the guidance of steel section manufacturers globally to answer one question – ‘Is there a different way to do this?’. There was. We developed a partnership with with Ottostum | Mogs – a Swisse Italian steel section manufacturer who had designed a system that offered so much more to our customers than that of the standard sections that are offered in the Australian Market. Our next quality objective was addressing that elephant (that wasn’t) in the room: where these doors were being made. To maximise profits many suppliers would send specifications to other parts of the world where quality and industry standards did not match Australian standards. Often doors would arrive in a shipping container in cardboard boxes, scratched, the wrong size, warped, glass broken and not up to modern energy efficiency standards. The answer was simple; make them ourselves and make them here, in Sydney.
