Where do you primarily do your consultations?
Our commitment to a thorough consultation ensures your confidence when making decisions. We offer consultations both onsite, where projects are planned, and via telecommuting for convenience.
Do you have a showroom that I can come and visit?
We do not have a showroom at this time, we will come to you! We are more than happy to meet you at your project with our samples so that you can see and touch before you buy.
Can the windows and doors be customized in terms of size, shape, and design?
Yes – Windows and doors can be completely customized in terms of size, shape, and design. We thrive on challenges, so bring us your ideas!
What finishing options are available?
Our range of paint options includes primarily powder coat finishes. However, upon request, we can paint using an electrostatic gun with a vast array of finishes and colours.
Are there different styles or profiles to choose from?
We specialize in custom designs. The more detailed drawings and information you provide, the better we can tailor the product to your preferences.
Do you need to come onsite for an initial quote?
While onsite measurements ensure precision, we can provide a preliminary quote based on rough measurements. A formal measurement will be needed for the final quote. If we are unable to come onsite to do final measurements we are able to waive this at your specific request.
How do I know what I am buying?
Every customer receives an order form outlining all inclusions and exclusions. Additionally, a detailed drawing with measurements of your final product is provided for your review and approval.
Delivery & Installation
What is the lead time for ordering and delivery?
Presently, our standard turnaround time is 12 weeks. However, we’re flexible and open to discussing faster options based on your needs. Please note that this may incur an additional cost.
Do you provide delivery services?
Door delivery is inclusive in all our quotes for your convenience.
How long does the installation usually take?
Depending on the specifics of the job, achieving ‘lock up’ typically takes a day. Should you choose our recommended installation team, feel free to discuss your preferences with them.
Do you provide installation services or recommendations for installers?
We have a preferred installer who we can refer to you for installation, if you have a builder that you would prefer to use, please let us know and we will work directly with them.
Are there any special requirements for installation?
To ensure a smooth installation process, we kindly request (and advise!) that you notify your neighbours or strata bodies beforehand. Please clear the designated area for our team’s work and be prepared for a 7 am start.

How do you price each door?
We don’t provide a standardized online cost per door. Instead, we tailor our quotes to suit your unique project requirements. This approach allows us to consider factors like the quantity of doors needed for your property and ensures that we craft a solution precisely aligned with your project specifications. It’s our way of guaranteeing that what we build is precisely what you need.
How long do quotes take?
With the necessary information at hand, we aim to deliver a personalized quote within 24 to 48 hours. This allows us to promptly provide you with accurate pricing and get the ball rolling on your project.
